KAF | Explore the World Summer Camp 2010 |
Australia * Egypt * Mexico | Explore the World with KAF
Students will explore by learning about the art and artists from these countries as well as the culture including music, folklore and legends, national dress and customs and, of course, the food! Each week children will have their "passports" stamped and create one
large art piece that requires multiple days to complete as well as
smaller, more immediate projects. The children will create culinary
delights in the kitchen every day.
Kaleidoscope aims to teach children the whole process required with
each project and to encourage children to think through projects and
ideas themselves, building confidences in their own skills and
abilities.
